These include VFW's, American Legions, Elks Lodges, small, medium, and large clubs, dancehalls, private parties, corporate events, basically just about every conceivable place one would hear live entertainment!</div> <div> We play what we like to call “Texas Honky-Tonk Music”, which consists of Traditional Country, 50's & 60's Rock-N-Roll, Cajun, Blues, Texas Swing, just about anything that makes folks want to dance.</div> <div> We've been doing this for quite a few years, (about 50 or more), and are extremely professional in our approach to performing. We do this as a chosen profession, not just a weekend, or once-in-a-while thing. We were inducted into the Lone Star State Country Music Association in 2001, and recently became members of the Texas Country Music Association. We are also BMI Licensed Songwriters and Publishers.</div> <div> Band Makeup consists of <B>Don Lummus</B>, (me), on guitar, harmonica, and vocals.       <B>Sue Lummus</B>, (the better half of the crew) plays keyboard (including rhythm, bass, drums, and everything else), also, lead and harmony vocals. Basically, we're a two piece band, with a four or five piece sound. We guarantee that the whole band will be on time!</div> <div> We like to book as far in advance as possible, and prefer contracts to verify bookings. We are, at present, seeking booking dates for the new year, with only a few confirmed so far.  So.. If you happen to need entertainment anytime in the future, we'd appreciate your giving us a shout.  The only “limit” to our willingness to travel, would be that we need just a little advance notice as to where, and when.. Not much..
